Jersey Shore Clothing, LLC takes great pride in making our
customers satisfied! Please note, as a Print-On-Demand (POD) company once an order is placed it goes immediately into production.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be
submitted within 7 days of receipt. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. Here is what you need to do if your item is
defective or damaged:
Document the Damage: First and foremost,
don't throw away the packaging or the item. We understand it's disappointing to
receive a damaged or defective item. It is important that you keep everything
as it was received. Send us photos of the item and or the packaging to support your
claim.
Reach Out to Us: Next, contact our support
team via email at: CustomerService@JerseyShoreClothing.com or fill out our
contact form below. Please provide as many details as possible about the damage
or defect. Include the photos as this will help us understand the situation.
Without photos your request cannot be addressed.
Replacement or Store Credit: Once
we have verified the damage or defect, we will arrange for a replacement item
to be sent to you. If you prefer store credit to reorder that can be
arranged.
We understand that this isn't an ideal situation, but we're
committed to making it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're
here to help every step of the way. Thank you for your understanding and
